I have twenty-five years of social work practice and counseling experience in varied mental health settings, including adoption programs and mental health practices. My clinical work has concentrated on improving family dynamics with a focus on parent counseling/coaching. I work with parents of both neurotypical and neurodiverse (ADHD) children, teens, and young adults, including those with behavioral, learning, developmental, and emotional challenges. I am skilled in psychosocial assessments, parent therapy, group work, and psycho-education.

I work with individuals and couples to develop strategies, supports, and interventions to be the most effective parents possible and to improve communication.
Parent Education and Counseling for Parents of Children with ADHD, Executive Function issues, and Behavioral, Learning, and Emotional Challenges
I provide psycho education, counseling, and assist parents to reduce conflict and chaos, and develop better guidance and structure for their kids.
Parent Support Groups
I run adoptive, and general parent support groups for parents of children, teens, and young adults, with and without challenges.
